ORDER OF MALTA WALSINGHAM PILGRIMAGE 2022

Dear All,
After a two-year hiatus owing to the pandemic, we are delighted to invite you to our first Order family reunion with our guests at the annual pilgrimage to Walsingham between the 9 and 11 of September 2022.
The pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady in Walsingham, England’s Nazareth, has always been a firm favourite in the Order’s calendar. It is a wonderfully relaxed weekend and a great chance to chat and pray with volunteers and guests from all the branches of the Order. We are particularly pleased to welcome back guests who have not been able to attend for the past two years.
The weekend promises prayer, recollections and Mass, interspersed with a superb afternoon lunch, a picnic in the grounds of the Abbey, a pilgrimage party and a chance to meet up with friends both old and new. Guests and volunteers will be staying in Elmham House, where the majority of meals are eaten.
The cost of the weekend is £245, but should you be unable to join for the whole weekend you are more than welcome to join us on the Sunday for the Holy Mile procession, Mass and lunch.
There will be transport organised, with coaches leaving from London on Friday 9 and returning on Sunday 11 of September.
Please be aware that in order to best protect our guests and volunteers, the pilgrimage is open to vaccinated volunteers in line with the BASMOM Covid volunteering policy. Volunteers are welcome to contact, the Pilgrimage Head Doctor, Dr. John Schutzer-Weissman (johnsweissmann@gmail.com) to discuss this policy.
Please make your application for Walsingham as soon as you can; there is a 10% discount for those booking before 26th July, the spaces always fill up, so please book early to avoid disappointment! When booking please inform us if you will be needing transport, along with any other relevant details.

OMV Member: £125 (Discount code: OMVMEMBER)
Medic: £125 (Discount code: MEDIC)
Clergy: £0 (Discount code: CLERGY)
Sunday Lunch only: £40 (Discount code: SUNDAYLUNCH)
